Idaho home price growth outpaces most of the nation

WASHINGTON, D.C. – November 27, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The prices of existing single-family homes in Idaho rose 9.6 percent in the past year, according to data from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) released Tuesday. Idaho had the 13th-highest rate of appreciation from the third quarter of 2012 to the third quarter of 2013, according to the FHFA’s House Price Index.
