Himes Announces $138,000 for Greenwich, Norwalk Housing Authorities

WASHINGTON, DC – January 13, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Congressman Jim Himes (CT-4) announced today $69,000 each – a total of $138,000 – in federal grants for the Housing Authorities of Greenwich and Norwalk. The funding, which was awarded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), will be used to help public housing residents in the two towns gain access to education, job training, and employment.
