Delaney, Carney, and Himes Announce Housing Finance Reform Proposal, Plan to Introduce Legislation this Spring

WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 17, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Representatives John K. Delaney (MD-6), John Carney (DE-AL), and Jim Himes (CT-4) today outlined a housing finance reform proposal that uses private sector market forces to appropriately price risk while putting the scale and security of a government guarantee behind the program.
