The Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) today announced the Single-Family Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation (SFOOR) program will ensure 148 homeowners can keep up with necessary but costly repairs – and will keep communities strong by stabilizing neighborhoods and creating local economic activity.
