TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – March 13, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Attorney General Pam Bondi today announced that the deadline for eligible Florida homeowners to receive the mineral rights under their properties which were originally reserved by home builder D. R. Horton, Inc. at the time of sale has been extended. In January, D. R. Horton notified approximately 18,000 homeowners that they had the option to request their mineral rights by submitting forms by Feb. 28.
