O’Scanlon stunned by Assembly’s failure to act on arbitration law

WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 31, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — In response to the Assembly’s failure to act on the expiring arbitration cap, Assemblyman Declan O’Scanlon issued the following statement “It is quite frankly heart-breaking to me that the leadership of my house, all of whom are my friends, are leading New Jersey property taxpayers off a cliff.
