Memphis-area home sales for April declined 7.6 percent from a year ago, with 1,297 total sales recorded in the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® MAARdata property records database. Sales increased 8.4 percent from March, when there were 1,197 total sales. Average sales price year-over-year increased 7.3 percent to $146,070.
