Kansas Housing Resources Corporation (KHRC) will host two public meetings throughout the month of July where applicants may ask questions of KHRC staff on the Request for Proposal (RFP) issued on May 28, 2014. The RFP outlines eligible applicants and activities, application procedures, grant/loan structuring, award criteria, compliance monitoring and reporting requirements. KHRC anticipates releasing approximately $2 million from the State Housing Trust Fund (SHTF) through the MIH RFP.
