Attorney General Chris Koster announced today that he has obtained a judgment against a Texas-based home contractor who defrauded consumers in the Kansas City area. JD Global, LLC, and its owner, Jeremiah Osterhoff, contracted with at least sixty-two Missouri consumers for home repair and remodeling supplies they never received.
