Schumer, Gillibrand Announce More Than $4.4 Million In Hud Funding For Long Island

Washington, D.C. – February 13, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — U.S. Senators Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand today announced $4,477,146 in federal funding for housing authorities throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. The funding was allocated through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Capital Fund Program. These funds will be used to modernize and develop affordable housing for low-income, working families in the region
