Rep. Richmond (LA-02) announced the availability of disaster recovery grants for areas hit hard by Hurricane Isaac. These grants are through the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This funding will go toward completing existing recovery projects.
