NYCEDC Announces Request For Proposals to Revitalize 137 Centre Street in Lower Manhattan

New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) announced a Request for Proposals (RFP) to redevelop a site located at 137 Centre Street in a manner that responds to the needs of the community, revitalizes an underutilized City property, and maximizes the site’s potential. NYCEDC particularly seeks proposals that incorporate needed services or neighborhood amenities, such as space dedicated to a Universal Pre-Kindergarten facility.
