Maine Nursing Home to Pay $1.2 Million to Resolve Allegations Concerning Rehabilitation Therapy

A Maine skilled nursing facility, Ross Manor, entered into an agreement with the United States to pay $1.2 million to resolve allegations concerning inflated Medicare claims for rehabilitation therapy.
