House Passes Common-Sense Energy Efficiency Bill

An energy efficiency plan proposed by Congressman David B. McKinley, P.E., (WV-1) passed the House with wide bipartisan support today. The Energy Efficiency Improvement Act encourages owners and tenants to voluntarily improve energy efficiency by using incentives not punishments.
