Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) (A&B or Company) today announced that Jenai Sullivan Wall, chairman and chief executive officer of Foodland Super Market, Ltd. (Foodland), has been elected to the A&B board of directors. Wall replaces Jeffrey Watanabe, who, after 12 years of service on the A&B board, has reached the board’s mandatory retirement age of 72.
