Congressman Ted W. Lieu (D-Los Angeles) joined Veterans Affairs Secretary Robert McDonald and Douglas Guthrie, CEO of the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA), for the announcement of the Homeless Veterans Initiative in Los Angeles. The Initiative is the result of collaboration between HACLA and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) that aims to address the needs of homeless Veterans who are ineligible for HUD-VASH vouchers.
