Homeland Vinyl Products, Inc. Locating New Manufacturing Facility in Hawkins County

Tennessee Economic and Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd along with Homeland Vinyl officials today announced the company will locate a new manufacturing facility in Surgoinsville, Tennessee.
