House Adopts Kildee Amendment Giving States Greater Flexibility from EPA Regulations

The U.S. House of Representatives today passed an amendment by Congressman Dan Kildee (MI-05) giving Michigan and other states greater flexibility when it comes to complying with rules set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) concerning the protection of water resources, including the Great Lakes
