Walberg Pushes Back Against EPA Power Grab

Congressman Tim Walberg (MI-07) voted today for the Regulatory Integrity Protection Act, a bipartisan bill that stops the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) harmful Waters of the United States (WOTUS) proposed rule that would give the federal government authority to regulate nearly all bodies of water in the United States
