Denham Votes to Protect Water Rights and Prevent Overregulation of Waterways

 U.S. Representative Jeff Denham (R-Turlock) today cast his vote in support of the Regulatory Integrity Protection Act, H.R. 1732, a bill to prevent the EPA and U.S. Corps of Engineers from forcing unnecessary regulation of small ponds, streams and ditches on landowners across the country. Rep. Denham is an original co-sponsor of the legislation.
