State submits $58.2 million flood recovery plan to HUD

Thursday, May 14, 2015 — Gov. John Hickenlooper today announced the submittal of the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Action Plan Substantial Amendment #2 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
