N.Y. POWER AUTHORITY TRUSTEES AWARD CONTRACT FOR MOORING FACILITY AT FIRST BUFFALO MARINA

The New York Power Authority (NYPA) trustees have approved a $2.9 million contract for the construction and relocation of the winter mooring operations of NYPA’s ice boom tugboats and barge to a new area within the First Buffalo Marina.
