Paul Rutledge, First Vice President with CBRE’s retail brokerage group in Tampa, has been re-elected to serve a second one-year term as the International Council of Shopping Centers’ Florida State Operations Chairman for 2015-2016. ICSC is the premier global trade association of the shopping center industry with more than 68,000 members in over 100 countries.
