A Howard County construction project to replace an existing water service main along Ilchester Road between Maryland Route 103 and Ellis Lane in Ellicott City is expected to begin on or about Monday, June 8. Approximately 5,800 linear feet of 12-inch water main will be installed. Weather permitting, the project will be completed by late October.
