Balfour Beatty Crossrail joint venture and Providence Row deliver urban garden to support the homeless in the heart of the city

Balfour Beatty, through its Crossrail joint venture BBMV, has worked with homelessness charity Providence Row to deliver an innovative new rooftop garden aimed at supporting local homeless people in East London.
