County’s Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security Receives EMAP Accreditation; Montgomery Becomes First County in Maryland to Receive this Official Emergency Management Recognition

County Executive Ike Leggett today took part in the Emergency Management Accreditation Program (EMAP) ceremony for the County’s Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security (OEMHS). With the successful completion of the process, Montgomery becomes the first county in the state of Maryland to receive this official accreditation.
