“Essential Air Service” – Amendment to H.R. 2577

Congressman McClintock introduced an amendment to H.R. 2577 – FY16 Transportation, Housing & Urban Development Appropriations Act to eliminate funding for the “Essential Air Service” program. The amendment was defeated by a vote of 166 to 255.
