The Montgomery County Recreation Department’s Administrative Office at 4010 Randolph Rd. has closed for the day due to the loss of electricity and phone service. All walk-in registrations will be available until 5 p.m. at the Holiday Park Sr. Center, 3950 Ferrara Dr., Wheaton and the Plum Gar Community Recreation Center, 19561 Scenery Dr., Germantown.
