Nighttime resurfacing of Shady Grove Road, from the ICC/I-3370 ramp to Frederick Road (MD 355), will begin in July and take about six weeks to complete, weather permitting. MCDOT will remove and replace distressed pavement areas and repave with hot mix asphalt. Work hours will be 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday to minimize travel disruptions. If necessary, some work may be done on Saturday nights, as well.
