McKinley Votes to Stop Destructive EPA Power Plant Rule

Congressman David B. McKinley, P.E., (WV-1) voted today to protect West Virginia families from the increased costs of President Obama’s destructive regulations on coal. H.R. 2042, The Ratepayer Protection Act, would delay the implementation of the Environmental Protection Agency’s regulations on coal-fired power plants and allow states to opt-out of the rule if it threatens reliability and increases prices
