Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller today announced the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) has awarded $750,000 to the city of Montgomery through the Texas Capital Fund (TCF).The grant will be used for water, sewer, road and drainage infrastructure improvements, as well as engineering services. The award will support the creation of a retail grocery facility operated by Kroger Texas Ltd. and result in 52 new full-time jobs
