A Howard County construction project to repair a storm water pond on Mary Lee Lane in the vicinity of Leishear Road in Laurel is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, July 13. The project will include replacement of the pond’s metal outlet riser, which has eroded, with a new, concrete outlet riser. Also, the outfall culvert pipe, which connects the pond to the spillway, located under Mary Lee Lane will be lined.
