The Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS) has partnered with the Oklahoma Municipal League (OML) through their not-for-profit arm, Oklahoma Municipal Services Corporation (OMSC) to offer a suite of services to member cities and towns. OML is leading the way for other municipal leagues to offer local government solutions to their members.
