A Howard County construction project to replace the water main on Duckeys Run Road in the vicinity of Ducketts Lane in Elkridge is scheduled to begin on or about this coming Monday, July 20. Following multiple water main breaks in the project area in recent months, the project will include replacement of each ductile iron pipe with PVC pipe. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late September 2015
