Gibbs’ Water Resources Subcommittee Holds Hearing on Successful EPA Brownfields Program

This morning, the Subcommittee on Water Resources and the Environment held a hearing on the Environmental Protection Agency’s Brownfields program.  This is a highly successful program aimed at identifying and cleaning up potentially contaminated properties
