A Howard County construction project to loop two public water systems along Grace Drive in Columbia is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, August 3. The project will include the installation of approximately 914 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC water main to provide redundancy to the Howard County water distribution system. The majority of the work will take place along the shoulder of Grace Drive between Cedar Lane and Quiet Night Ride. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late April 2016.
