Mikulski and Cummings Introduce The REBUILD Act to Address Systemic Poverty in Urban Areas

Senator Barbara Mikulski, Vice-Chair of the Senate Appropriations Committee, and Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, Ranking Member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, announced the introduction of landmark legislation to appropriate more than $1.2 billion in emergency funding to address critical challenges facing our nation’s inner-city neighborhoods
