N.Y. POWER AUTHORITY, MTA COLLABORATE ON SUMMER POWER CUTS

The New York Power Authority and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority said today they will activate a program to reduce electricity use in response to anticipated higher energy demand on hot and humid days.
