A Howard County construction project to upgrade the water pump station at 6430 Elibank Drive in Elkridge is scheduled to begin on or about Monday, August 17. Electrical, mechanical and structural improvements will be made to the existing pump station, and an emergency generator will be installed. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by mid-August 2016.
