NYCHA Chair, City Council Speaker, Manhattan District Attorney & Elected Officials Announce the Start of $80 million in New Public Safety Lighting Construction at 15 NYCHA sites

New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Chair and CEO Shola Olatoye, New York City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito, and Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance, were joined by elected officials for the groundbreaking of new, energy efficient LED lighting for the entrances, walkways and parking areas at the Polo Grounds Towers in Harlem.
