The Atlanta Police Department has made an arrest in the home invasion on August 16, 2015 at 1797 Sumter St. Atlanta Police and the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force apprehended 18 year old Brandon Jerome Smith on an arrest warrant for armed robbery and aggravated assault. He was taken into custody without incident around 10:00pm on August 20, 2015.
