Whitfield Fights to Protect Kentucky Farmers from Federal Overreach

U.S. Rep. Ed Whitfield (KY-01), Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Energy and Power, voted today in support of S.J. Res. 22, a bill that would block the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from moving forward with the burdensome Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) Rule, which drastically expand federal jurisdiction under the Clean Water Act.
