New Jersey Consumer Affairs Cites 40 Home Improvement Contractors for Nearly $500,000 in Consumer Restitution and Civil Penalties in Third Quarter of 2015

The New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs today announced that during the fourth quarter of 2015, it issued Notices of Violation to 40 home improvement contractors, seeking $481,477 in consumer restitution and civil penalties.
