Wendy Serrano Joins the Home Forward Board of Commissioners

Wendy Serrano, a Field Representative for Oregon Congressman Earl Blumenauer’s office, has been appointed to the board of commissioners. She holds a City of Portland seat on the nine-member citizen commission.
