Rep. Tom Graves (R-GA-14) today voted for and the House passed H.Res. 639, legislation authorizing the Speaker to file an amicus brief on behalf of the House of Representatives in the court case Texas v. United States, in which 26 states, including Georgia, sued the Obama administration over its program to extend legal status to millions of illegal immigrants.
