Sen. Duff, Mayor Rilling, Norwalk Legislators and Councilmen: State Investment and Smart Choices Help Norwalk Hold the Line on Property Taxes

Senate Majority Leader Bob Duff (D-Norwalk), Mayor Harry W. Rilling, state Representative Chris Perone (D-Norwalk) and members of the Norwalk Common Council held a press conference today in the Common Council chamber to highlight how smart choices at the local level and increased state investment have helped Mayor Rilling propose an operating budget with minimal growth and which holds the line on taxes
