Rep. Tom Graves Votes to Fund SHEP, Sink EPA Water Proposal, Shoot Down Gun Control Efforts

Tom Graves (R-GA-14) voted for and the House Appropriations Committee today passed the fiscal year 2017 Energy and Water Appropriations bill, which includes provisions that provide funding for the Savannah Harbor Expansion Project (SHEP), prohibit implementation of the proposed “Waters of the U.S.” rule and prohibit funding of gun control efforts on Army Corps of Engineers land.
