Commissioner Mattax appoints three to Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association Board of Directors

Insurance Commissioner David Mattax has appointed three members to serve on the board of directors of the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association. The board oversees the association, which helps to protect Texans if a property and casualty insurer fails.
