SCOTUS Ruling Adds Strong Protections For Property Owners From Obama Overreach

U.S. Senator David Vitter (R-La.) released the following statement upon the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) yesterday ruling 8-0 Army Corps of Engineers v. Hawkes Co. Inc., in favor of providing protections for landowners subject to Army Corps of Engineers jurisdictional determinations for wetlands under the Clean Water Act.
