Nelson, Rubio file bill to hold owners of low-income housing complexes accountable for poor conditions

U.S. Sens. Bill Nelson (D-FL) and Marco Rubio (R-FL) filed legislation today to help thousands of low-income families living in federally-subsidized housing such as Eureka Gardens in Jacksonville and Windsor Cove Apartments in Orlando
